Our current production capacity is of 10 million bags per year. A project was initated to implement a new filling line doubling the production capacity up to 20 million bags per year (operations to start by early 2010). - jacketed vessels - inert gas bubbling Filling: - separated in three lines, one fully-automated dedicated to SVP, the second semi-automated dedicated to SVP and the last one is dedicated to LVP - Inert gas flushing of the bags prior to filling Overwrap: - regular overwrap - aluminium based overwrap Terminal Sterilization: All our products are terminally sterilized in our Steam/Vapour high capacity autoclaves Quality controls: All our operations from in-coming raw material controls, in-process controls to Finished Dosage Form controls are monitored by our Quality Control team working on state of the art analytical equipment. |
