Technoflex films extrusion is done under controlled environment from wholly owned formulas:

- Polypropylene (PP or non-PVC): Inerta® - multi-layer polyolefin material - highly Inert - increased water vapour barrier properties

 

- PVC: Clarima® is our medical grade plastic material

 

Both material are in conformity with European and US Pharmacopoeias. Drug Master File DMF 19057 with the FDA and extractable and leachable studies are available.

 

Major pharmaceutical companies already have Marketing Authorizations for IV drugs contained in our flexible bags made out from our proprietary materials.
